10th Aniversery Celebration

Ashley • Thu 13 of Mar, 2014 (13:42 UTC)
MooreMart will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and in light of that milestone we are hoping to have a celebration as a way of thanking our volunteers, supporters, veterans and families. We are planning on hosting this celebration (similar to the 50,000th care package ceremony) at our August 16th packing event.
We would welcome anyone who would like to volunteer for this event as well as any comments or suggestions you might have.
We have scheduled an organizational meeting on March 23rd at 4pm at the Hudson Baptist Church’s function room. If you would like to participate in organizing this event please send me an e-mail (ashley@mooremart.org) so I can reserve a slot for you at that meeting.

At the March 23rd meeting we will be discussing the logistics surrounding this celebration, assigning tasks and setting the program schedule.

The volunteers at MooreMart wish to thank the Panera Corporation to include the Bedford NH store for their continued support of our organization.

Panera has been supporting our packing events by donating food for the last four years!

In October, Panera of Bedford hosted a Raising Dough for MooreMart event at their store which raised $57.99 and expanded our outreach program in the greater Bedford NH area!

On behalf of our troops serving in the Middle East, we would like to thank Panera Corp. for their support of our troops serving in harms way!!

I just wanted to say thank you for the thoughtfulness of your organization
and its volunteers. Receiving something in the mail always brightens the
spirits, especially when it has something useful in it; I know it has
brought a smile to our troops. I would also like to extend my thanks to
those who wrote notes, contained in the packages, spe…

Letters from the Troops

Paul • Mon 12 of Aug, 2013 (13:40 UTC)
Hello Paul, Carole, Debbie, Deborah, Ted, Ashley, and all contributors of Moore Mart!
It is pretty Bittersweet that I say I have a few days left here at Camp Eggers and am about to head back to California with nice vacations of friends and family in TX and KS following. It made my job and life that much easier for myself and the over 2,000 stationed here with the additions of your many gifts of snacks, toiletries, socks, gum and more in my past six months here. You put smiles on the faces of numerous people that may not have had the simple things in life that many Americans take advantage of otherwise. I wish there was more I could do to show our gratitude .. thank-you very, very much!!

We're full!

Letters from the Troops

Paul • Mon 11 of Mar, 2013 (13:48 UTC)
Paul,
Thank you for sending all the packages and I apologize for the late email. We've been out on an operation with our ANA unit and just returned. In addition to our teams, we shared many of the packages with the FOB Chapline, who delivered them to the various units co-located here. The packages were definitely welcome, as most of the guys who received things over the Holidays had run low. Please extend our sincere thanks to everyone on your team and all the donors. We very much appreciate all the effort, time and money that went in to getting them here.

Thanks again!
Mike
